How booking works

• Instant confirmationInstant confirmation: your ticket by email right after payment.
• Fast confirmationFast confirmation: a person confirms with the operator by a stated time; your card is charged only when confirmed.
• On requestOn request: we reply with availability and a payment link.

Each cruise says on its own page which of the three applies to the date you pick.

Payment

You pay on the site, without creating an account. Payments are processed with 3-D Secure.

On cruises we confirm for you, your card is authorised and only charged once the booking is confirmed. If we cannot confirm it, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged.

Cancellation

The terms vary by cruise and are written on each cruise's page, before you pay, not after.

If the operator cancels (weather, river conditions), full refund or a new date.
