Helena Azevedo

Manager

Helena is one of the founding members of the agency and a citizen of the world.

Her main hobby is traveling and discovering new destinations. However, there is a place she always returns to: the Douro Valley.

Committed and dedicated, she manages all protocols with suppliers and partner companies.

Inês Sousa

General Manager

Inês breathes and lives the Douro. Whenever she can, she escapes to this Region and takes the opportunity to absorb new ideas and solutions to suggest to customers.

Always optimistic and available to help, we feel that her main characteristic is the constant search to exceed customer expectations.

Zita Carvalheiro

Tourism Technician

Zita has a degree in Classical Languages and is part of our reservations team. Passionate about travelling and cultures, she strives to offer the best experiences in the Douro. In addition, her good humour, perfectionism and team spirit make her an excellent professional.

Sofia Fonseca

Tourism Technician

Born in Belgium but 100% Portuguese, her plan was to return to where she had lived but since this did not materialise, she decided to stay in Portugal, where she took a Master's degree in Tourism, a field that found her by chance.

Sofia is very proud of her country and culture and for this reason, she likes to share its places, including the beautiful Douro Region. Curious and eager for new discoveries, more than impressing, she seeks to offer a quality service, creating genuine and authentic memories.

Mariana Feiteira

Tourism Technician

Mariana has a degree in Languages, Literatures and Cultures and she has been working for several years in tourism. She is currently part of Douro's reservations department. Although she likes travelling abroad and getting to know other cultures, she loves travelling around Portugal much more and exploring the hidden secrets of the country. Through Douro, she loves to let the world know about them!

Jéssica Santos

Tourism Technician

With a degree in tourism and a background in hotel management, Jéssica is one of the youngest members of our team. She is part of our reservations department.

She has lived in Switzerland when she was younger but returned to Porto and the beautiful Douro region because this is where she feels at home.

Cláudia Braga

Tourism Technician

Cláudia was born in Porto and is very fond of the Douro region. With a degree in languages, she has always had a passion for travel and loves exploring new destinations and experiencing different cultures.

Her goal is to help people with the same love of travel to create unforgettable experiences.

Ana Costa

Marketing and Communication

With a degree in Communication Sciences, Ana loves learning, listening to stories and discovering the world.

Since she was born, she has lived in a house with a Douro River view and it is in those landscapes she finds inspiration for the most challenging and creative projects of Cruzeiros Douro.
